Blossom Pediatrics Membership
Birth to 2 years: $150 per month

Visits from birth to 2 weeks old can be completed in the comfort of your own home at no additional cost.
2 to 10 years: $125 per month
11+ years: $100 per month
5% discount per member per month will be applied for family enrollment of 5+ children.
5% monthly discount shall be applied for members who pay on an annual basis.

All well and acute visits included in monthly membership fee from birth to 18 yrs.

Memberships are due on a monthly basis. There is a 3 month minimum for membership.

A non-refundable enrollment fee will be charged at the time of scheduling the initial consultation: $100 per child.

As a reminder, Blossom Pediatrics accepts patients with or without insurance (except TennCare patients), however, insurance will not be billed for any of our clinic services.
