Blossom Pediatrics Membership

Birth to 2 years: $150 per month

  •  Visits from birth to 2 weeks old can be completed in the comfort of your own home at no additional cost. 

2 to 10 years: $125 per month

11+ years: $100 per month

5% discount per member per month will be applied for family enrollment of 5+ children.

5% monthly discount shall be applied for members who pay on an annual basis.

  • All well and acute visits included in monthly membership fee from birth to 18 yrs. 

  • Memberships are due on a monthly basis. There is a 3 month minimum for membership.

  • A non-refundable enrollment fee will be charged at the time of scheduling the initial consultation: $100 per family. 

  • As a reminder, Blossom Pediatrics accepts patients with or without insurance, however, insurance will not be billed for any of our clinic services.
